I put my trust in their salesman and spent over $12,000 for a new heat pump and HRV 10 months ago, and it has been a complete nightmare. This past winter, the system began making a bizarre, incredibly loud noise that echoed right through the vent in my bedroom. When I brought this up, the company gave me a completely ridiculous response: they told me I am responsible for fixing it because it is now summer and they cannot turn the system on for a technician to hear it. How is that a customer's fault or responsibility? To make matters worse, a technician came out a few weeks ago and discovered that components WERE MISSED during the initial setup, meaning the heat pump and control panel weren't even communicating. This likely spiked my Hydro bills all winter. It feels like this company preys on trusting Canadians. They happily take your money, but the moment you have a serious issue with their faulty installation of equipment that costs over $12,000, they completely abandon you and dodge responsibility. Do not trust them with your home or your money. I did email them almost a month ago but they have ignored me.

Kevin and Ivan arrived promptly and replaced and tested our sump pump. They were polite and professional and wear shoe covers on arrival also tidy and leave a clean work area. Kevin went the extra mile …No built in test capability on new pump so he suggested and attached cord to float so we can test if necessary - this is very much appreciated! Also had fill valve replaced in toilet tested and explained. Thank you for the excellent service provided.

This place has no integrity anymore! Install and Service Managers are awful, go back on thier word and coyld care less. Will definately be going elsewhere.
