Hoang came to my residence on June 17/24 to check the reason why my air-conditioner stopped working. Hoang diagnosed the issue, replaced the capacitor, and the AC was made operational. After reviewing the age of the unit with Hoang and Brent who came to the site as well, I decided to replaced the AC with a more efficient heatpump next week. I am looking forward to the new unit

JUNE 24/24
Marc and James came to my residence to replace my air-conditioner as previously agreed on June 17. A heat pump with new cooling coil, insulated piping and wiring were installed. The unit was tested, connected to the existing ecobee thermostat and instructions were provided on the operation. The unit is quiet. I am looking to using this unit to reduce operationg cost and pollution.

Tony came to my residence to service my furnace and replace the air filter. Tony cleaned the furnace and checked its operation, changed the filter and provided a detailed written report.

Andrew Conley came to my residence to service my furnace. Andrew cleaned the furnace, checked its operation, changed the filter and provided a detailed written report.
Andrew washed the heat pump coil, checked its operation, and provided a detailed written report with a new service contract.
Payment was made for the above work.
