We bought a hot water tank from them and it only lasted 7 years before it started leak. We also rented a furnace from them at the same time and got calls every month for 3 months telling us the payment bounced back. Knowing there was money in that account we let the office person know that she had to be entering the banking info wrong. Each month the same thing until we finally decided to buy the furnace outright to avoid the aggravation. We decided to go with another company when the water tank started leaking as my husband didn’t want to deal with them again.

Our 23 year old furnace fan blower motor starting making a lot of noise last Sunday night. I contacted Sean G early the next morning to come do an estimate for us at his convenience - he arrived promptly that morning. While taking measurements related to the estimate our furnace kicked in and it became evident that the fan blower motor had seized - so we shut the furnace down and ran heaters until the new furnace could be installed (Shaun loaned us a couple more as our options were not keeping up with the cold). The knowledgeable advice Shaun provided with consideration to our needs and budget enabled us to come to a decision that we trusted. We ordered the new furnace and an HRV (our A/C will be installed in the spring). John M & Marc S also arrived promptly. After a brief tour of the installation area, they determined the optimal solution for intake, exhaust and HRV vents/ducting, minimizing impact to our back yard layout. Overhearing their discussion, I was impressed how they considered this solution as if this been their home. Shaun, John & Marc thank you for a truly professional job! Today, almost a year later, Tim arrived on time for the annual maintenace/cleaning. Tim patiently answered my many questions all while completing the tasks. Thank you Tim! 2018 December, Jose arrived at the early side of our appointment window. Professional helpful service as always - thank you Jose! 2019 May, Mike replaced our shutoff valve once the city had shut off our service at the street. Thank you Mike for the great service! 2022 December. Our hot water tank died after about 10 years. Code regarding chimney width changed so switching to electric was the best choice. The installation was fast in spite of hiccups with our electrical panel. Thank you so much folks!
