Had my entire system replaced, AC Heat pump, Furnace and HRV. All folks I dealt with were professional and friendly. Brent explained in a clear way exactly what I was getting and costs involved. Benjamin and Deran did the installation and were friendly, tidy and courteous. Special shout out goes to Melandro - very knowledgeable and Friendly in the initial diagnosis and setting up of new system. Even the front desk staff were very good. ***UPDATED** I am very happy with the post-installation service I received from Winnipeg Supply Service Experts. We had a few hiccups after the initial install, but the team stood by their work and made sure everything was resolved. ​Specifically, we had an issue with our HRV unit randomly shutting down. They came out numerous times to troubleshoot the problem and ultimately replaced the unit entirely to ensure it was right. I also had questions about my heat pump not maintaining heat correctly. They worked with me to replace my Nest thermostat with an Ecobee for finer control, and it made a huge difference. ​Everything is now running great. Everyone I dealt with—from the receptionists and management to the technicians—was professional, patient, and helpful. It’s rare to find companies that support you this well after the sale.

On time, great communication, professional team and very knowledgeable for a short notice furnace install in the middle of January . . . Very respectful to our floors and stairs and cleaned up after finished. Friendly service throughout and a complete walk through on completion was of special note. Thanks

Winnipeg Supply installed my high-efficiency furnace. A PVC exhaust joint that wasn’t properly glued began leaking condensation onto the furnace and floor. I was charged $550 to repair it just before the holidays, despite this clearly being an installation issue. After spending thousands with them on a furnace and AC, this was very disappointing. Still awaiting a response on how this will be resolved. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Big shout out to the team of Don, Brook, Cam and Jose. New hot water tank the next day! Great job, very informative, answered every question, nothing to clean up. Highly recommend.
