I had a service call today from Winnipeg Supply for a furnace inspection and cleaning. Don contacted me if the service could be done earlier than my 2 pm appointment, which I agreed to. Don was prompt, asked a couple question about my last service and then proceeded to do the service. Don was very polite, friendly and engaging in conversation. Explained what was being done. Very thorough . Explained the benefits of a service agreement and cost savings for my 15 year old furnace and other services that the company would provide, which I agreed to. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience and would recommend Don for his work. Great job.

Jose and Pierre who came to my home on Monday did professional work and need to replace 6 year old hot work tank leaking at pressure valve. Happy with the service required.

I had a Winnipeg Supply Service technician came to the house today for my gas hot water tank. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and in no time diagnosed the problem. IHe didn't just repair the hot water tank but explained to me what he was doing. I would recommend this company.

At best this is the rating because once you are signed up for probably more than we needed the ball is dropped. Had complete systems installed furnace/ HVAC/ hot water heater/ and either central air or heat pump. Although we thought install went well - some was left not installed. No follow up for outstanding issues- calls promised are not returned in time frames - twice. Still waiting to hear about the proper system to be installed heat pump or central air- the two groups are not agreeing on what should happen. This started in January - It’s been weeks and we’re still waiting to hear what is happening with our water filtration system. They were the previous company we dealt with for years to gave them the business for our new home. Still left needing follow up.
