Hoang was great tech ..on time , upfront communication of his expected time of arrival , detailed oriented , explained each thing about the furnace, steps of cleaning, common causes of failure , dos and don't, how to do self maintenance as well tips and tricks .awesome texh to talk to ans work with him.will ask for him all the time for my maintenance work.

October 9, 2026 : I had my gas furnace serviced by a technician by the name of Jose I am completely satisfied with everything done and the professionalism of the person doing it. As you can see, I continuously use Winnipeg Supply Enercare for my furnace. I have radiant heat in my 100 year old house and not all technicians are knowledgeable about this system. Graham at Winnipeg Supply is an expert. He answers all my questions and is very reasonable in suggesting what has to be fixed right now and what can wait a while. As long as Winnipeg Supply has such experts I will continue to use this company for my household needs. 8 months ago: Graham, the very professional technician, showed up on time and was very polite. He answered all my questions about the boiler, did not try to sell extras, and advised what to look for if further future work was necessary. Service was quick and efficient. I would definitely call Winnipeg Supply again. August 21, 2018 Another great experience with Winnipeg Supply. The City broke the shut off valve to the outside water and as a result I had to shut the water off to the whole house. Jeff the technician came the same day and provided an interior valve as well as fixed the exterior issue. The issue was resolved expediently, expertly and professionally. Thank you again Winnipeg Supply for hiring such knowledgeable people.
