We had a recurring issue with leaky pipes in the basement. Kevin Tieu was able to come out in the evening on the day of the call, who was able to diagnose the root of the problem quite quickly. Kevin was on time, professional, and easy to talk to.

Update review 22 May 2026 Received a yearly inspection from a technician Donald Dewar, he is very friendly and explained everything to me very clearly. I have no regrets to select the from Enercare Winnipeg Supply. I would like to highly recommend the excellent service I received from Winnipeg Supply Service. On Thursday, my furnace broke down, and with temperatures reaching -40°C outside, I contacted the company, and they arranged for an inspection at noon. After the inspection, it was determined that the furnace could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Melandro De Leon and Brent Harris were very kind and thorough in explaining the issue. Brent immediately arranged for their team to replace the furnace the following day. On Friday, Andrew Demkiw’s team carried out the replacement, and I was very impressed by how efficient they were. Not only did they replace the furnace quickly, but they also took the time to clean up the area afterward, leaving everything in excellent condition. I truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail, and I would definitely recommend their services to others.
