I had an emergency call placed at 8pm for a air conditioning after another company screwed up and didn't show up. It was +35 and there was a new born baby in the house. So I needed it fixed urgently. The lady who answered the phone was fabulous. She went above and beyond, was patient and helpful and reassuring. They weren't able to get out the same eve but scheduled me for after 4pm next day. They ended up coming in the morning instead. Had a courteous tech, who explained it all very well, and outlined my options clearly. Very happy with the service.
