Hoang has been our service technician for awhile. He is always courteous, on time and does a thorough job. On his last visit he pointed out to us that our hot water tank had long outlived its life expectancy and needed replacing. He spoke to us about our options for replacement and made an appointment for the next day to have someone come and talk to us. No one wants to deal with a hot water tank leak.
