Quick service for a Sunday. Problem with sump pump and frozen outside pipe. No pressure but I put in new sump pump. All done within 2 hours.

Graham Quinn has been our furnace technician for a number of years. Recently I needed some additional plumbing work done and specifically asked for Graham’s expertise. I was not disappointed in this decision… Graham is reliable, hard working and does very professional work. On 18th December during the blizzard when schools and many businesses were closed he showed up at our house and finished a job he was working on. I was totally impressed with his initiative and the great work he completed. Thank you Graham.

They seemed more interested in upselling than anything else. They told my wife oir hotwater tank is 18 years old and only rated for 12 years and they would give her a quote on that tank works fine why would i change it and i never called for that. Also my furnace is in really bad shape and can be fixed for $2000. Just clean it with a price of $400 pretty expensive for a cleaning. And he left the air conditioning drain line unhooked and heat tape hanging off furnace. Not very impressed at all!
