We have been with Winnipeg Supply 10 years. Overall, it is a reliable company, but a lot depends on the actual technician that they send over. This year we were extremely lucky to get Andrew C. He is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable, went out of his way to explain the repairs. It is a nice change in comparison with the previous couple of years.

We were out of Province when some guests arrived at our house on a chilly Wpg Sunday night to advise us that the furnace in our relatively new house had stopped working with the temperature in the house now at 55F. Called Wpg Supply who sent technician Andrew out that night. Andrew called me a number of times to keep me updated on the issue at hand with the furnace. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve same. He also provided the price estimate once he knew what he was dealing with. 100% satisfied with Wpg Supply and Service from dealing with their customer service rep and of course Andrew. Quick service for a Sunday. Problem with sump pump and frozen outside pipe. No pressure but I put in new sump pump. All done within 2 hours.
