General Manager is held accountable for
directing and coordinating all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office.
The General Manager oversees the P&L, motivates
sales, and provides guidance to all personnel
and processes for the location.
The Service Technician performs
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment
and accessories. The Service Technician corresponds
with residential and/or commercial customers to provide
answers to any and all questions, resolve concerns,
and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also recommends products and services and works under the supervision
of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Installation Technician conducts heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial locations. The
person in the position
also completes installation and service on indoor
air quality equipment and accessories, as well, and has the expertise
to comprehend controls and wiring graphics
Customer Service Specialist handles customer
and billing inquiries with the highest level
of consideration and professionalism to resolve
customer complaints with a single-call
resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also held
accountable for helping with
day-to-day operation of the Service Experts Heating and
Air Conditioning service office.
Dispatcher, using Service
Experts radio and pager processes,
dispatches appointments to Installers, Service Technicians, and
Maintenance Technicians. The person in the role also interacts
with the customer to ensure the customer is notified
of scheduled appointments, respond to inquiries,
and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher
strategically plans and routes the most ideal
technicians in accordance with established company guidelines.
